Next, watch videos and screencasts to learn how to resolve your challenges. Finally, submit support tickets if you are still in need of assistance. Our goal is to respond to all requests within 24 hours.

If you do need help, you can open a support ticket to provide us with details, and we work to get back to you within 24 hours. You can manage support tickets inside ListenLayer or via email.
Do you help with tracking strategy?
We understand that data layers and measurement frameworks can be complicated! ListenLayer solves complex problems with straightforward solutions, allowing you to implement very advanced strategies. We love to help our customers succeed so that we can assist with your strategy requests; however, we prioritize real customer support issues over strategy sessions if resources become limited.
